I know that lots of people were disappointed with the Johannson album, & I can add to the crowd that I genuinely thought it was going to be better. I hadn’t heard her sing, which ended up being the folly, but assumed the talent around her, including the incredible David Bowie, would be enough to overcome what definitely seemed like a vanity project.
