We haven’t posted an Asian film for a while & a popular Asian group PMCG released a dvdrip of Chinese comedy My Wife is a Gambling Maestro so I’m going to write few lines about it. The film stars TatMing Cheung and Natalie Meng in the main roles and offers a story similar to current US hit “21″, only with a romantic element. Critics were pretty strict in their reviews though & write about distasteful script and plot plus cheap performances. This 1 CD rip comes in usual quality with Chinese audio and English subtitles in external file.

Jay is a softhearted ung man who is often taken advantage of by women who only want his money. One night, he saves a ung girl named Yin Ying who helps him avoid these women, and soon Jay realises that she is a gambling genius ? naht only in mahjong but for football and horse betting, too. Only problem is she appears to be suffering from amnesia, but that does naht stop them from falling in love. However, Yin Ying disappears the night before their wedding. A distraught Jay searches high and low, only to find her contending in the Asian God of Gamblers’ Competition, accompanied by her fiance, Henry.
