One of the most versatile voices in West Coast hip hop, Ras Kass has collaborated with everyone from Dr. Dre to the Wu Tang Clan.  Currently serving time in California for breaking his probation, it hasn’t stopped Kazzy from releasing Institutionalized Vol. 2.  Like last year’s Insitutionalized, this album is self delivered, away from Capitol-EMI records, who tried to prevent him from releasing it late last year.  Featuring guest stars like Crooked I & the late Proof (of D12), this is an album any of RLSLOG’s hip hop heads should check out.
